> MOMS Club Organizer: Breanne Houston > What makes your MOMS Club unique? We are focused on finding balance while nurturing our minds, spirits and bodies. We enjoy weekly playgroups in a relaxed and positive environment. > What is your most memorable moment while being involved in the Luna MOMS Club? That would be our Halloween playgroup. Businesses around town donated gift certificates for us to present to our best costume for Mom and baby. All of the children were dressed up and looked adorable. > How many members do you have? 44 > When was the club founded? October 2006 > What events do members really look forward to? Playgroup days are always a hit. The moms also look forward to Moms Night Out. > What events do you have planned for May? Our weekly playgroups and a Moms Night Out. > When and where do you meet? We meet every Thursday and Friday: Thursday at Castleview Park in Canyon Crest at 10:30 a.m.; and Friday at Orange Terrace Park in Orange Terrace at 10:30 a.m. > What kind of community involvement, such as work with nonprofits, community service, etc. does your MOMS Club do? We host “Mommies with a Mission” activities four times a year. We get involved in helping the community through organized activities focused on giving back to children, families and the environment.
